COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech women's basketball assistant coach and co-recruiting coordinator Jasmine Cincore has already seen a lot of success with the Golden Eagles in just her third season with the Tech program.

It's only fitting that Cincore was selected for another appearance on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's "So You Want To Be A Coach" program panel during this weekend's NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Final Four in Tampa, Fla.

"I'm truly honored to be selected as a panelist for the 'So You Want To Be A Coach' program for two consecutive years," Cincore said. "This platform provides an incredible opportunity to connect with aspiring coaches, share valuable experiences and learn from one another. The chance to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of coaches – especially during the Final Four – is something I deeply cherish and am grateful for."

The program assists female collegiate players who are interested in pursuing a career in coaching women's basketball by providing them with professional development and career advancement through education, skills enhancement, networking and exposure opportunities. It is held in conjunction each year as part of the annual WBCA Convention, which is traditionally held during the Women's Final Four.

Cincore, in her third season with the Golden Eagles, recently helped guide the Tech women's team to one of its best seasons in program history with the team's 19th Ohio Valley Conference regular-season and 11th tournament championship – winning both in the same season for the eighth time and first since 1999-2000. Tech tied the OVC regular-season record for league victories with 18, tying the 2017-18 Belmont squad and collected its 31st 20+ and seventh 25+ winning season. During the run, Tech had a 17-game winning streak that was snapped by NCAA Division I runner-up South Carolina in the tournament's first round.

A prep standout at Briarcrest Christian near Memphis, she was a two-time Division II Class AA Miss Basketball and a multi-sport athlete in track and field winning a state title in the shot put. Cincore then went on to become a standout at Nebraska, leading the Cornhuskers to NCAA appearances in 2015 and 2018. She earned her degree in 2018.

Beginning her coaching career at Murray State College in Oklahoma and two seasons at Rogers State, she entered the Division I ranks as an assistant at Eastern Illinois before joining head coach Kim Rosamond's staff at Tech in 2022-23.
