COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Tech Women's Basketball team is only days away from an exciting 8-day foreign tour to Portugal. The trip will offer players the unique opportunity to experience a new culture while honing their skills against international competition.
From August 3 to August 11, the tour will see the team competing in two international games while exploring the beautiful cities of Porto and Lisbon. This incredible journey promises to be an unforgettable experience for the players both on and off the court.
In addition to the on-court action, the trip offers a wonderful opportunity for players to immerse themselves in Portugal's rich culture and history.
"This tour is more than just basketball," said Head Coach Kim Rosamond. "It's about creating lifelong memories, experiencing new cultures and building a stronger team. This trip will be an unforgettable bonding experience that will bring our players closer together and help them grow both as athletes and individuals."

Tech will take on Porto Select on Monday, then take on Lisbon Select next Friday.
