COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech women's golf team wraps up the 2021-22 season, competing at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships Sunday, Apr. 17 through Tuesday, Apr. 19 in Muscle Shoals, Ala.

JAN WEAVER INVITATIONAL: Apr. 17-19, 2022 – 54 holes (18 Sunday, 18 Monday, 18 Tuesday), located at the par-72, 6,027-yard Fighting Joe Course at The Shoals in Muscle Shoals, Ala., part of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Play will begin with tee times Sunday morning, starting at 8:00 a.m. CT.
GOLDEN EAGLE LINEUP: Competing for the Golden Eagles are senior Hannah Bratton, senior Heidi Lawson, junior Elisabeth Toennessen, junior Gittle Sciolis, and sophomore Ainsley Simms.
THE COMPETITION: The seven-team field consists of Austin Peay, Belmont, Eastern Illinois, Morehead State, Murray State, Tennessee State, and Tennessee Tech.
THOUGHTS FROM HEAD COACH AMANDA SMITH: "This team has battled numerous ups-and-downs this season. The challenges of high winds and cold have really molded our games to be able to work in many conditions. I know these ladies are ready to play confidently and stick to the best parts of their games on this tough course."
