MT. PLEASANT, S.C. – The Tennessee Tech women's golf team concluded action at the RiverTowne Invitational Tuesday afternoon, completing the remaining holes left from Monday's second round as well as the entirety of the third and final round.

Putting in work at RiverTowne Country Club in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., the Golden Eagles fired off a 314 to close out round two. The purple and gold then wrapped up the week with a 319 in the third round, finishing 15^th overall with a final score of 960. Oral Roberts won the event by 20 shots with a score of 878. Lipscomb's Siarra Stout captured the individual title, capping the week with a 2-under 214.

As for the Tech squad, it was Hannah Bratton capturing the top position with a 231 after rounds of 76 and 80 on Tuesday. The senior tied for 27^th in the field of 89, securing three birdies in the second round and one in the third.

Ainsley Simms was the next Golden Eagle on the leaderboard, tying for 63^rd following a 21. The sophomore turned in an 84 before carding her low-round of the week with a 78 over the final 18 holes. Junior Elisabeth Toennessen finished just two shots back with a 245, tying for 67^th after scores of 82 and 79. She delivered a pair of birdies in each of her final two times around the course.

Following in line with a 248 final for the week was Heidi Lawson. The senior carded rounds of 79 and 82, supplying a birdie in the third round of the week. Rounding out Tech squad and her first collegiate event was Reagan Stuke. The rookie turned in a season-low 77 in the second round, backed by her first two career birdies, and finished things up with an 83 for a 249 overall.

The Golden Eagles will get a week off from competition before returning to the links Sunday, Mar. 13 through Tuesday, Mar. 22 to host the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate. As always, Tech's annual tournament will be held on the Highlands Course at Sevierville Golf Club in Sevierville, Tenn.
