CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – A week after the Tennessee Tech tennis team put together a near dominating performance against Belmont, the Bruins struck for revenge in Saturday's second day of the UTC Steve Baras Fall Classic. Tech captured five of seven singles battles and two of three doubles clashes over BU in last week's showing in the Belmont Fall Invitational in Nashville, but on Saturday the Bruins seized four of six singles affairs.

TTU still managed to control tandem play with victories in two of the three matchups, which included a Rafael Tosetto and Carlos Vicente 6-0 triumph over Ian Cruz and Arthur Toledo, as well as an Elias Grubert and Mika Berghaus 6-3 nod against Grant Kelly and Taisei Miyamoto.

Belmont's lone win in doubles action came courtesy of a Diego Castro and Tomas Luis 6-4 victory over Evzen Holis and Jun Sasagawa.

Holis did strike for revenge with a 6-4, 6-2 singles triumph over Castro for one of Tech's two solo nods. Berghaus mirrored Holis' 6-4, 6-2 triumph with one of his own, disposing of Cruz in straight sets.

Toledo took down Grubert, 5-7, 6-0, 12-10, while Luis carded a 7-6, 4-6, 11-4 decision against Tosetto, Miyamoto picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win over Tosetto and Alfred Wallin registered a 6-1, 6-7, 10-6 victory against Sasagawa.
