COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- When members of the Cookeville/Putnam County Chamber of Commerce gathered Tuesday morning for their monthly "Before Hours" event, the featured guests were Tennessee Tech women's basketball head coach Jim Davis, assistant men's coach Russ Willemsn (head coach Steve Payne is out of town recruiting), and Golden Eagle players Mitchell Hill and Dennis Ogbe.
