COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech basketball fans will have
an opportunity to receive a complimentary team poster Thursday
night when the Golden Eagles host their annual Poster Night –
sponsored by First Tennessee Bank – at the exhibition
doubleheader in Eblen Center.
Fans can pick up the colorful, two-sided team poster and have it autographed by every member of the team, following each game.
The Tech women's team opens the night's action by hosting Bryan
College at 5:30 p.m. The Golden Eagle men’s team hosts
Carson-Newman at 7:30 p.m.
The night is also the annual Gathering of Eagles, with free
admission to the first 2,000 fans. All fans will also receive a
coupon for free popcorn and Pepsi.
Following the women's contest, coach Sytia Messer's entire squad
will be in the lobby signing posters at the autograph tables. Once
the men's game is finished, coach Mike Sutton's squad will follow
suit at the autograph tables in the lobby.
