The Golden Eagles will be making their live debut on the all-new 106.1 FM The Eagle in Cookeville as the Fox Sports affiliate will air Tech's 2012 OVC Softball Tournament games.
The Golden Eagles clinched the sixth seed in the double-elimination tournament with a record of 15-13 in the Ohio Valley Conference. They will face the third-seeded Jacksonville State Gamecocks in a first-round game on Thursday at 10 a.m. The tournament is being held at UT Martin, who earned the right to host after winning the regular-season championship.
While Tech's first two games are scheduled to be on 106.1 FM, some of the contests may be broadcast on 1400 AM due to station obligations. Each game story on TTUSports.com will contain information about the next broadcast. Web streams are available free of charge via the links below.
