Fans reminded to use caution, common sense when attending tonight's doubleheader

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech Athletics officials are encouraging fans who plan to attend the Ohio Valley Conference doubleheader vs. Belmont tonight to use caution when traveling to Eblen Center for the final home games of the season.

The campus has been closed all week due to winter weather, and many roads across the region remain snow-packed and icy. The games will take place as scheduled, with the women's contest at 5:30 p.m. and the men's game to follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.

In between games, Tech will host Senior Night to recognize the senior members of the teams who are playing in their final home game in Purple & Gold.

The ticket office and gates will open at 4:30 p.m.

Due to the recent winter weather, fans are reminded to dress warmly, drive safely and exercise common sense and extreme caution when traveling to and entering/exiting the Eblen Center.
