COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - This season on The Watson Brown Show, a new
segment has been added. "Where have they landed?" focuses on 15
former student-athletes and where their lives have led them
following their Tech careers.
Each Watson Brown Show features a two-minute segment where a former student-athlete recalls their time at Tech, tells stories from their lives, and tells where they are now in life.
This segment highlights Wayne Anderson, a placekicker during the 1977-80 seasons. Anderson, a member of the Tennessee Tech Hall of Fame (Class of 1997), was an American Football Coaches Association All-American in 1980. He set the school record with 11 consecutive field goals.
An extended version (below) of the interview from the Watson Brown Show will be available on YouTube after the shorter segment airs each week.
