GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Tennessee Tech ended its time at the Pepsi Florida Relays with a pair of relays of its own.
One was a school record – Na'Asha Robinson, Ceirra Tate, Khemani Roberts and D'Airrien Jackson teamed up in the 4x400m relay to finish fifth. Their time of 3:38.03 passed the 3:41.15 mark that Robinson, Jackson, Crystal Liebenberg and Sharnique Leonce set on April 23, 2016.
"The 4x4 had an awesome race, finishing with a new school record," said head coach Wayne Angel. "Na'Asha, Cierra, Khemani and D'Airrien did a heck of a job."
Tate, Jackson, Lisa Wickham and Robinson also ran in the 4x100m relay, finishing 23rd in the 55-team field with a time of 46.26.
