STARKVILLE, Miss. – Tennessee Tech had a tough day to close out the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays at Mississippi State on Saturday afternoon.
Tech's 4x800m relay squad finished second in 9:22.00 flat. Jumpers Na'Scottisha Drummond and Eshe Robinson also placed within the top five in the high jump, with Drummond placing fourth with a mark of 1.65m/5'5" and Robinson finishing fifth at a career-best 1.60m/5'3".
Outside of those two events, Tech struggled to get anything going. The team's highest finish otherwise was an eighth-place showing in the 100m dash from Ceirra Tate.
