Tech begins outdoor season at Mississippi State

STARKVILLE, Miss. – After a short break from the indoor season, Tennessee Tech track & field opens its outdoor schedule on Friday at Mississippi State's Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays.

Tech is coming off its first-ever conference title in the indoor season and finished third at the 2017 OVC Outdoor Championships. The Golden Eagles will host the upcoming outdoor championships at Tucker Stadium from May 10-12.

For the Golden Eagles this weekend, the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays will begin on Friday, March 23 with the triple jump at 3 p.m. CT and conclude during mid-afternoon on Saturday.
