Veteran Anya Akili rounded out action in the heptathlon, finishing with 3,347 points and in 11th overall. The senior turned in the sixth-best showing in the javelin as part of the final three legs of the event.

Kategie Casseus placed second in her heat in the 400-meter dash, blasting to a finish of 59.39 seconds.

Also turning in a second-place showing in her heat on the day was Trenia Stephens, clocking in with a time of 12.57 seconds in the 100-meter dash. Tenea Minor was right on her teammate's heels, finishing with a time of 12.71 seconds in the event.
