COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Tech track & field team
heads to Edwardsville, Ill., this weekend to compete in the 2014
Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championship meet on the campus of
Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. This is the
first time SIUE has hosted a championship meet.
Single-day tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for students.
The two-day meet will begin Friday with field events at noon and track events at 3 p.m. On Saturday, field events begin at 11 a.m. and track events start at 2 p.m. Both days will also feature multi-events (decathlon, heptathlon) starting at 9 a.m.

During the regular outdoor season, sophomore Atlanta Westbrook became the newest Golden Eagle triple jump record-holder. Westbrook cleared a mark of 37-08.50 on her second jump at the Hilltopper Relays. The previous record of 36-10.50 was held by teammate Kelli Keck.
Meet results will be posted at the end of each day on TTUsports.com. Fans will also be able to watch a live video webstream from the meet on the OVC Digital Network.
