First edition of brand new Watson Brown Show can be seen Wednesday

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Loaded with exciting new segments and the prospects of a brand new season on the gridiron, the Watson Brown Show presented by IWC Cash & Carry debuts Wednesday.

Guest hosted this week by Dylan Vazzano, the show covers the veteran coach's insights into the coming season. Brown talks about the first game against Houston, an overview on keys to the 2015 season for the Golden Eagles, and the challenges of the upcoming schedule and Ohio Valley Conference battles.

The first edition also features new segments such as Out of their Element and Kid's Corner plus popular features from the past such as Player Profiles. Another new piece is a Centennial Moment that looks back at historic moments in Tech football history.

The Kid's Corner features interviews with Tech players and coaches, with third grade students from Jere Whitson Elementary School asking the questions, while Out of their Element puts Golden Eagle players into new situations. For the first week, senior linebacker Jay Rudwalls learns a little about the touch challenges of being a firefighter.

Vazzano also presents a brief look around other happenings in Golden Eagle athletics.

The show will be available on WCTE TV Wednesday at 5 p.m, and throughout the week on Charter 195. It also airs on networks in Carthage and Lafayette. Additionally, the show can be seen on the OVC Digital Network and the TTUsports.com YouTube channel.

The show's regular host, Buddy Pearson, returns to the air for subsequent programs.
