COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech basketball fans will have the chance to catch this week's game live on television, with WCTE broadcasting both Golden Eagle doubleheaders on the docket.
The purple and gold will play host to Morehead State Thursday evening, beginning with a 5:30 p.m. CT tilt between the women's' programs. The men's' teams will square off at 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Tech will host Eastern Kentucky with the Golden Eagle women kicking off the action at 5:30 p.m. The Tech men will follow with a 7:30 p.m. contest against the Colonels. The women's contests will be covered by Mindy and Mark Odom while the men's games will be covered by Michael Cooper and Steve Smith, all on channel 22.1.
All games will still be broadcast live on ESPN+ (featuring Dylan Vazzano and Rob Schabert) and 106.1 The Eagle (with Roger Ealey).
Thursday will serve as Academic Excellence Night, with all Upper Cumberland youth with an A/B report card/progress report for their fall term receiving free admission into the evening's doubleheader by showing their report card or progress report to the ticket office.
Saturday will act as Youth Basketball Night and Camp Night. All Upper Cumberland youth basketball teams wearing their jersey will receive free admission to the doubleheader. Additionally, all participants of the 2019 Tennessee Tech men's or women's basketball camps will receive free admission into the contest by wearing their camp shirt.
