COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Come join us at the Hooper Eblen Center on Monday, Nov. 18, for the official Jake Hoot/The Voice watch party. The live broadcast will be aired on the Eblen Center videoboard and everyone is invited to watch along and vote for Jake to move him along to the next round. Enjoy the show from the comfort of the arena with many other fans. Doors to the Eblen Center will open at 6:30 p.m., with the broadcast airing from 7 to 9 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and concessions will be available.
Hoot, a 2013 graduate from Tennessee Tech, was a member of the Golden Eagle football team from 2009 to 2011. He remained in the area and has performed before countless audiences in the region. He recently released his first single – "Better Off Without You" – then started the road to compete on NBC's The Voice.
He was selected by Team Kelly and has survived the first couple rounds of eliminations and is now in the second round of live shows with nationwide voting. For more information on Jake, here's a recap on his journey thus far.
