COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Fans looking to gather the "inside scoop" on Tennessee Tech football can enjoy a new format to this year's Wings Up Luncheons with head coach Dewayne Alexander. Three times this season, fans have the opportunity to join Coach Alexander and members of his staff for lunch with the chance to talk some Golden Eagle football.
This year's first luncheon will take place Monday, Sept. 9 at 11:30 a.m. at Crawdaddy's Grill, located at 53 West Broad Street in Cookeville near the historic Depot.
Coach Alexander will of course be on hand to recap last Saturday's thrilling, double-overtime victory over Samford and this weekend's tilt with Miami (Ohio). Kickoff for the contest against the Redhawks is set for 1:30 p.m. CT. Fans can follow the action live on both ESPN+ and 98.5 KISS FM.
Fans are also encouraged to mark their calendars for the other Wings Up Luncheons this fall; Monday, Oct. 7 and Monday, Nov. 4.
