COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech women's basketball team officially released its tip times for all home contests during the 2019-20 campaign Monday afternoon. The Golden Eagles enter their fourth season under the direction of head coach Kim Rosamond with great momentum after finishing 22-11 and with the third-best turnaround in NCAA Division I women's basketball last year.

Prior to the official start of the regular season, the Golden Eagles will host the University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) on Tuesday, Oct. 29 as the first part of doubleheader action with the Tech men's squad. Tip for the women's contest is set for 6 p.m. CT. The night will also serve as Purple Palooza, with more information on the annual event to be made available soon.

On Tuesday, Nov. 5, the purple and gold kick off the 2019-20 season with a 6 p.m. tilt against Cumberland University (Tenn.), the only other 6 p.m. start of the year. The following Tuesday, Tech will host ULM as part of a doubleheader. The Nov. 12 match-up is slated for a 5:30 p.m. tip.

The Golden Eagles will feature six more 5:30 p.m. starts during the season, including doubleheader affairs with Murray State (Jan. 11), Morehead State (Jan. 23), Eastern Kentucky (Jan. 25), Belmont (Jan. 30), Tennessee State (Feb. 1) and UT Martin (Feb. 20).

A trio of 2 p.m. tips will take place at the Eblen Center for the Tech women, beginning with a Saturday, Dec. 21 battle with Lipscomb, the first game in a doubleheader with the Golden Eagle men. Tech's Sunday, Dec. 29 match-up with Tennessee Wesleyan and Saturday, Feb. 22 contest with Southeast Missouri will also feature 2 p.m. starts.

On Thursday, Feb. 13, the Golden Eagles will host Jacksonville State at 11 a.m. as part of its annual Education Day.

Tech will also feature one 4 p.m. start during the season, a Jan. 9 showdown against in-state and Ohio Valley Conference foe Austin Peay. The Thursday affair will be televised live on ESPNU.
