NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech concluded competition at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday at the Gentry Center on the campus of Tennessee State.

The Golden Eagles set five new personal bests while wrapping up their indoor season.

Kara Webb set a new career-best in the mile run with a time of 5:25.48 while Rebecca Cline broke her previous personal-best in the 3,000 meter with a time of 11:15.70. Emily Williams also posted a new PR in the 3,000 meter with a time of 11:30.45.

The Golden Eagles also set a pair of new personal records in the field events as Kelli Keck leaped 11.02 meters in the triple jump and Harley Roach threw a distance of 10.65 meters in the weight throw.

Tech begins its outdoor season at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold on March 23-24 in Nashville, Tenn.
