NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech athletes captured first place in

women’s track & field team had a successful outing
Saturday evening at the Boston-Moon Classic, hosted by Tennessee

Six different Golden Eagles earned wins, including two top
finishes by Stephanie Place

11:51 without anyone on the track to pace her She also took third
place in the 3,000-meter run.
Forbes claimed first place in the javelin, and tied the school
record of 9 feet, 6 inches in placing third in the pole vault.
