COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tucker Stadium west side demolition and rebuilding will impact Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle Football games during the 2024 and 2025 seasons before opening the new west side of the stadium for the 2026 season. Below are points of information to help you navigate Tucker Stadium for the next two seasons.
PARKING
- Donor Parking Lot A – Donors assigned to park in Lot A on the west side of Tucker Stadium are asked to please enter campus from Willow Avenue on University Drive, take a left on Stadium Drive and the parking attendants will assist you.
- Donor Parking Lot C – Donors assigned to park in Lot C on the west side of Tucker Stadium are asked to please enter campus from 12th Street on Stadium Drive and then take a right into the parking lot where a parking attendant will assist you.
- ADA Accessible Parking – ADA Accessible Parking is located on the east side of the stadium along the north side of B Street. It will be designated with special game day signage. Please enter B Street from North Dixie Avenue.
- General Parking – General Parking is permitted in any legal unreserved campus spot on a first-come, first-served basis. When the lots immediately adjacent to Tucker Stadium are full, additional parking is available in the gravel lot along Willow Avenue and the parking lots on the west side of Willow Avenue.
- President's Guests – Special invited guests of Dr. Phil Oldham and First Lady Kari Oldham have reserved parking along the south side of B Street and around Johnson Hall.
To assist with pedestrian access to Gate 5, Stadium Drive is closed from B Street to the parking lot entrance on the north side of Stadium Drive. No thru traffic is allowed.
TAILGATING
- 98.5 KISS FM Tailgate Lot – Reservations required. Please go to TTUSports.com to reserve spaces in the Tailgate Lot and make the appropriate payment based on the number of spots you need. These spots are for active tailgating only and not for general parking. To enter the 98.5 KISS FM Tailgate Lot please enter campus from Willow Avenue on University Drive, take a left on McGee Blvd, turn right into the parking lot and the tailgate attendants will assist you. Please only use your assigned spots, displaying your parking pass in the windshield of your vehicle. Parking passes will be distributed as you check in at the tailgate entrance. Live music and performances by the Tennessee Tech cheerleaders, dance team, and the Golden Eagle Marching Band highlight each tailgate experience.
Tailgating in other parking lots on campus is permitted but drive lanes must always remain open and unblocked. Please be respectful of other fans parking and do not use multiple spots for your activities.
Restrooms are available in the Hooper Eblen Center. Please use the main lobby entrance to enter the arena. There are portable toilets located along the tennis court fence as well.
STUDENT TAILGATING
The grass area south of the tennis courts along McGee Blvd. is designated for student tailgating. Student organizations and/or groups of students are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the pregame experience. These spots are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Restrooms are available in the Hooper Eblen Center, use the main lobby entrance. Portable toilets are also located along the tennis court fence.
GOLDEN EAGLE WALK
The Golden Eagle Walk is 2 hours and 15 minutes before each Golden Eagle home game as Coach Wilder and the football team make their way to the stadium for pregame. Get your tailgate started early, line up, and be ready for the Spirit Squad to lead the way, as you cheer the team making their arrival to Tucker Stadium. The Spirit Squad and the Golden Eagle Marching Band will be performing.
TICKET TENTS
Tents will serve as ticket booths for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
- Gate 5 Ticket Tent – located at the southwest corner of Tucker Stadium. This ticket area will serve as day of game ticket sales, will call, and the Tennessee Tech player pass gate.
- Gate 7 Ticket Tent – located at the southeast corner of Tucker Stadium. This ticket area will serve as day of game ticket sales, visiting team player pass gate, band pass gate and spirit squad pass gate.
Ticket sales begin 1 hour prior to kick-off. Player pass gate wristband distribution opens 2 hours prior to kick-off.
PUBLIC ENTRANCES
All fans must have a valid ticket or pass for access to Tucker Stadium.
- Gate 5 – located at the southwest corner of Tucker Stadium. This is an accessible gate.
- Gate 7 – located at the southeast corner of Tucker Stadium. This is an accessible gate.
- Gate 8 – located on the lower east side of Tucker Stadium
- Gate 9 – located on the upper east side of Tucker Stadium
All gates open 1 hour prior to kick-off.
STUDENT ENTRANCES
All students must have a valid Eagle Card for access to Tucker Stadium; Eagle Cards will be scanned at the gate. Student entrances are Gate 5, Gate 7, and Gate 9.

SEATING
All seating for the 2024 and 2025 seasons is general admission seating except for the reserved seating for the band and guests of the President. All seating is on the east side of Tucker Stadium. Visiting team fans are encouraged to sit in Section A of Tucker Stadium. An ADA-accessible ramp is located on the south side of the east stadium inside Gate 7 with seating in row 1. Fans are welcome to stand behind the white fences in the end zone areas of Tucker Stadium.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are located inside Tucker Stadium on the lower concourse and upper concourse. Two food trucks will also serve fans with one located inside Gate 7 and the other located on the north side of the stadium. Please be reminded no outside food or beverage can be brought into Tucker Stadium.
TENNESSEE TECH GEAR
Tennessee Tech clothing and souvenirs are located in the University Bookstore trailer under the video board and at the booth located on the upper east concourse.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located inside Tucker Stadium in the lower north side and south side of the stadium, as well on the upper concourse.
Portable trailer restrooms will be located on the north side of the stadium and on the southwest side of the stadium on the track.
PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY
To help fans navigate north and south in Tucker Stadium, a pedestrian walkway has been created behind the Tennessee Tech team bench. We ask that no standing occur in this area as you move along the pedestrian walkway.
GAME PROGRAMS
Game programs are complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis at each Tucker Stadium entrance.
SECURITY
Tennessee Tech Campus Police and Security Officers are located throughout Tucker Stadium. Please report all emergencies to an officer in uniform.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
Please report medical emergencies to an officer in uniform. An ambulance is located inside Gate 7.
