COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Starting times for Tennessee Tech's five home football games at Tucker Stadium have been announced. The Golden Eagles' home schedule includes three night contests and two afternoon games.

The first three home dates - Thursday, Sept. 8 vs.Maryville College, Saturday, Sept. 24 vs. Southeast Missouri, and Saturday, Oct. 15 vs. Tennessee State - will kick off at 7 p.m. CT.

Tech's two November games -- Saturday, Nov. 5 for Homecoming vs. Murray State and the Saturday, Nov. 19 regular season finale vs. Austin Peay -- will kick off at 1:30 p.m. CT.

On the road, the Golden Eagles will see a variety of starting times, beginning with an 11 a.m. kickoff at the University of Iowa on Saturday, Sept. 3. The game at Eastern Illinois is set for a 6:30 p.m. CT start, and the contest at Jacksonville State on Saturday, Oct. 29 -- Homecoming for the Gamecocks who will be seeking revenge for Tech's 35-24 win in the season finale a year ago -- will begin at 3 p.m. CT. Tech's final road game at Eastern Kentucky on Saturday, Nov. 12, will begin at noon CT. The starting time for Tech's other road tilt, an Oct. 1 visit to UT Martin, has not been established.
