COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- In the spirit of the season, Tennessee Tech Athletics is giving Golden Eagle Baketball season ticket holders a special treat this month -- an additional four free tickets to each of four home games in Eblen Center in December.
"This is just a way to tell our season ticket holders they are special fans, and a way to reward them for their support of the Golden Eagles," said Leveda Dexter, TTU director of corporate sales and marketing. "Many of them will have family and friends visiting for the holidays, and this way they can bring them along with them to Eblen Center to cheer for the Golden Eagles."
Fans who purchased season tickets* for the 2014-15 season will receive up to four free tickets for each of the four games simply by contacting the Athletics Ticket Office in Eblen Center, either in person or by phone (931-372-3940). The free tickets will need to be picked up in person. This offer is not available online.
The games include two Sunday afternoon contests and two evening games, and are for two women's games and two men's games. The contests included in the offer are Sunday, Dec. 7 (men host Hiwassee at 2 p.m.), Tuesday, Dec. 16 (women host South Alabama at 6 p.m.), Sunday, Dec. 28 (women host Middle Tennessee at 2 p.m.) and Monday, Dec. 29 (men host North Florida at 6 p.m.).
With most of the 2014-2015 home schedule still ahead, season tickets are also still on sale. The offer will be available to any new season ticket holders who purchase season tickets by the end of business on Monday, December 22, leaving two of the special games still available.
The Athletics Ticket Office will be closed December 23 through January 1, and will reopen on Friday, Jan. 2, 2015. Individual game tickets and season tickets can still be ordered during that period online at TTUsports.com.
* This offer is exteneded to each purchase of season tickets, including multiple season tickets in a single household or group, and not each individual season ticket or seat.
