BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – For the fifth time in her career, Tennessee Tech volleyball sophomore Jordan Karlen was honored as the Ohio Valley Conference's Setter of the Week, as announced by the league Monday afternoon.

The reigning OVC Setter of the Year and Freshman of the Year, not to mention the first player in league history to win both awards in the same season, Karlen delivered one of the better weekends of her young tenure in the purple and gold, leading Tech to back-to-back, 3-1 victories at Western Illinois.

Over the team's eight sets of action, Karlen piled up 103 assists and 27 digs, averaging 12.88 helpers and 3.38 digs per set. She also added four kills, three service aces, and a block to the mix while quarterbacking the offense to a collective .295 attack percentage.

The Janesville, Wis. native kicked off the weekend by dropping a career-high 53 assists in the team's win on Thursday, averaging 13.25 per set. She chipped in 15 digs as well, securing her ninth double-double of the year. On Friday, Karlen distributed another 50 dimes, tacking on three kills and two services for good measure. Her 12 digs led to her 10th double-double on the season, tied for the team lead.

The Golden Eagles conclude its four-match road stretch with a trip to Evansville, Ind. and two contests at Southern Indiana next week. The two sides will square off at 6:00 p.m. CT on Friday, Nov. 3 and finish the weekend with a 2:00 p.m. affair on Saturday, Nov. 4.
