COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - For the first time this season, the Tennessee Tech men's basketball will experience a change in schedule. Thursday's men's contest against Ohio Valley Conference rival Eastern Kentucky, originally scheduled for 8:00 p.m. CT, has been postponed due to EKU COVID-19 protocols.
The contest has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 15 at 8:00 p.m. in the Eblen Center, following the Golden Eagle volleyball match earlier in the day.
Thursday's women's basketball contest against the Colonels will be played as scheduled at 5:00 p.m.
"We are continuing to remain diligent in our efforts to make sure our student-athletes get a chance to represent Tech and play the sport they love," said Tech director of athletics Mark Wilson. "All of us must also take the necessary precautions to protect our student-athletes, staffs and fans, and that is our top priority."
