COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – A local product of nearby Livingston, Kaleb Qualls is returning to the Upper Cumberland to assist Tennessee Tech Athletics in its efforts across campus.

Qualls was recently hired as a facilities and events coordinator and will work with the Tech Athletics facilities staff in maintaining the athletic venues and game day operations.

A 2019 graduate from Cumberland with a bachelor's degree in sports management, Qualls recently earned his master's degree in 2021.

Qualls most recently worked with the Nashville Sounds minor league baseball team as a stadium operations associate, supervising the maintenance, parking and security personnel at First Horizon Park for baseball games and other events.

Prior to that, he spent six years at Cumberland University with one year as an athletics intern, then two years as a graduate assistant and game day operations, in addition to his years as a student-athlete for the CU baseball team between 2015 and 2019.

Qualls grew up in Livingston, attending Livingston Academy, and now returns to the area as a member of the Tech Athletics staff.
