COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – With the end of the year right around the corner, the Tennessee Tech soccer team is already making plans to host another Golden Eagle Soccer Academy ID Camp early on in 2018. The camp is set for Sunday, March 18 on the campus of Tennessee Tech University.
Under the guidance of TTU head coach Steve Springthorpe and the rest of his coaching staff, the camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST on Tech Soccer Field and is open to all female soccer players, grades 9-12. Check-in is scheduled from 8:30-9.
The day's events include a pair of training sessions, panel discussion on the college process and life of a student-athlete, as well as games designed to help further enhance each player's skills.
The cost is $125 per person and payments can be made online via credit card or mailed by check, which should be made payable to Springthorpe Soccer Academy.
