COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – With potentially heavy rainfall to hit the Upper Cumberland, the Tennessee Tech soccer team has moved the start time of its Sunday home soccer match with Georgia State. Originally scheduled for a 1 p.m. CT first kick at Tech Soccer Field, the two schools have agreed to move the match to a tentative 5 p.m. CT start time. A further decision on cancelling the match could be made, depending on the outcome of the weather over the next few days.
As of now, TTU's Friday night match against Middle Tennessee is still slated to begin at 7 p.m. CT, however a decision based on weather could impact the contest. An announcement regarding the match will be made mid-morning on Friday.
