He also made the cut in the 2019 Tennessee State Amateur.

COACH BROWN'S TAKE
"We're very excited to have this young man on our roster next fall. His father played for Tech, so the purple and gold is in his blood. Mark has had a very solid junior career. Furthermore, being a two-sport athlete will serve him very well as he moves into playing collegiate golf."

COACH BROWN'S TAKE
"Alexander will be our third out-of-state player we've had since I've been here and the first from Kentucky, which has a rich history of producing great collegiate golfers. He will bring a lot of excitement and passion to our program. He has had experienced a lot of success from a team standpoint having won a championship his sophomore year. Furthermore, he has really showed tremendous progression in his game his junior and senior year, which we believe will continue as he moves on to collegiate golf. We look forward to him joining our team in August."
