COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – When the Tennessee Tech women's basketball team returns to action in the Hooper Eblen Center Saturday afternoon, the contest with Alabama A&M will serve as Camper Appreciation Day.
All kids that attended a TTU Basketball camp, men's or women's, during this past summer can receive one free ticket to the game against the Bulldogs on Dec. 10. As is the new standard for weekend contests for the women's squad in the Eblen Center this season, tip is set for 1:00 p.m. CT.
Children are encouraged to wear their camp t-shirt to help cheer on the Golden Eagles. Kids 12 and under are invited to shoot layups on the court for 15 minutes after the game.
