Season ticket sales underway for five-game Golden Eagle home slate


COOOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Several ticket options beckon football fans as the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles get ready for the 2015 season, offering the opportunity to ensure catching every minute of action during Tech's five-game home schedule in Tucker Stadium.

Tech kicked off its season ticket campaign last month and Director of Corporate Sales and Marketing Leveda Dexter said that sales are going well.

"Sales are going well, and we expect them to continue right up to the first home game September 19," Dexter said. "We have a good marketing plan in place with the theme 'Soar With Us' and people seem to be getting excitd about the start of a new season.

"Season tickets are very important for us," she said. "We have a good schedule of home games and a good team, and I think all of the ticket options provide several choices for fans looking to support the team and follow the Golden Eagles."

The 2015 home schedule begins on Sept. 19 against Mercer University in Tucker Stadium. The remainder of the home games are against Ohio Valley Conference opponents with visits by UT Martin (Oct. 3) Jacksonville State (Oct. 17), Austin Peay (Nov. 14) and Tennessee State (Nov. 21).

An adult season ticket is only $36, while a youth or senior ticket is available for just $25. Tech employees may purchase season tickets for $20 each. There is also a Family Plan available, which includes five tickets (maximum two adults) for all five games for a total of ony $75. Finally, a Back the Golden Eagles plan provides 10 season tickets to al five games for only $200.

Women's Clinic and Gathering of Eagles reminder
Just a reminder that the third annual Women's Clinic is Saturday, Aug. 22, as part of a day full of activities for the Gathering of Eagles. The "Now You Know" Women's Football Clinic begis at 10:30 a.m. Head coach Watson Brown will host the event which is free, but space is limited. The first 100 participants to sign-up (by calling 931-372-3940) will receive a specially desiged gift.
