COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- If the Ohio Valley Conference is hosting a championship event, you can be certain that the Tennessee Tech Athletics Dept. is hosting a Hospitality Tent. The opportunity for Golden Eagle fans to mix and mingle prior to Tech's contest at most OVC championships has become a tradition that continues this week.
Tech fans, alumni and students who are headed to Nashville this week for the OVC Basketball Tournament are invited to stop at the TTU Athletics Tournament Hospitality Tent, located just outside the main Municipal Auditorium entrance.
The tent will be open two hours before each Golden Eagle game, and is located just across Fourth Street from the main entrance to Municipal Auditorium.
As the No. 5 seed in the OVC Tournament, the Tech men's team plays Wedneday at 6 p.m. against Austin Peay.
Fans who have not purchased their tickets will also be able to buy their seats at the Hospitality Tent. Currently tickets for the tournament, both all-session tickets and individual session seats, are on advance sale online at ttusports.com, at the Athletics Ticket Office in Eblen Center or by calling (931) 372-3940. Fans who purchase their tickets from TTU will be able to sit in the Tech cheering section inside Municipal Auditorium.
