COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – On the final day of action at the Pepsi Bobby Nichols Golden Eagle Scramble presented by Budweiser, Ryan Allison and Brandon Ward overtook Tyler Cassetty and Peyton Broyles for the 2018 title in the championship flight at White Plains Golf Course on Sunday.
Allison/Ward outshot Cassetty/Broyles 10-under to 8-under to edge the Saturday leader by one stroke, 24-under to 23-under.
The team of Polk Brown and David McCulloch placed third with a two-day total of 21-under.
In the first flight over at Golden Eagle Golf Club, Reece Jones and Gareth Moody took the win over Paul Ballard and Tim Richardson in a chip-and-putt playoff. The two teams were tied at 16-under for the weekend, but the youngsters were victorious in the deciding challenge.
Mark Frazier and Blake Rice were third with a 15-under.

- Sixth: Floyd Barron/James Barron (+8, playoff), David Clark/Eric Clark (+8), Jeff Laskowitz/Sean Styer (+8);
