COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech is hosting its annual Football Legends Night on Saturday, Sept., 30, when the Golden Eagles host Jacksonville State in an Ohio Valley Conference game in Tucker Stadium. Kickoff is at 6 p.m.
All former players, coaches, trainers and managers are invited back to Cookeville to participate, and are being asked to contact Kristie Phillips for details. All former members of the football team and staff in attendance will be recognized at halftime, and a special presentation will be made to recognize the 65th and 45th anniversaries of the 1952 and 1972 OVC Championships.
Additionally, all those partaking in the Legends Night festivities will be invited to join the 2017 TTU football team during the Golden Eagle Walk through the 98.5 KISS FM Tailgate Park. A special tailgating event will also take place prior to kickoff.
