GREENWOOD, Ind. – Junior setter Susie Jeziorowski has been voted to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America on Thursday.

The CoSIDA Academic All-District teams recognize NCAA student-athletes with at least sophomore athletic eligibility who have earned at least a 3.30 cumulative GPA. Student-athletes must be starters or important reserves who have participated in at least 50 percent of their team's games.

Sports information directors around the country voted Jeziorowski and her peers to the various district teams. Jeziorowski earned a spot on the NCAA Division I's District 3 team, which features student-athletes from programs in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Jeziorowski is majoring in computer science with concentrations in software/scientific applications and info assurance/cybersecurity. She currently holds a 4.0 GPA and has been named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll five times and the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll twice. She also received OVC Academic Medals of Honor in the 2015-16 and 2016-17 academic years.

Jeziorowski moved into the role of Tech's starting setter this season, starting all 26 of the matches in which she appeared. She would end 2017 ranked third in the OVC with an average of 9.03 assists per set, totaling 786 assists. In her second match of the season versus The Citadel on August 26, she set a new career-high of 46 assists.

Jeziorowski totaled six doubles-doubles with assists and digs and also put up additional career-highs of four blocks and 22 digs in a single match at Eastern Kentucky on September 29.

Jeziorowski is one of four Academic All-District honorees from the Ohio Valley Conference this season, as Eastern Kentucky's Chloe Rojas, Tennessee State's Cherlie Adorno DeJesus and Austin Peay's Kristen Stucker were also voted to their respective districts' teams.

All CoSIDA Academic All-District honorees can be found on CoSIDA's website.
