Tech men's basketball gives sneak peak to 2021-22 season during OVC Media Day

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – On Wednesday morning, representatives from the Tennessee Tech men's basketball team took part in the Ohio Valley Conference Virtual Media Day, providing insight into the upcoming 2021-22 campaign.

Here's a look into what third-year head coach John Pelphrey and Preseason All-OVC guard Jr. Clay had to say about Tennessee Tech basketball, the OVC, and more. Pelphrey and third-year guard Keishawn Davidson took part in some question and answer sessions with members of the OVC, footage of which will be released at a later time.

Tech will provide its first glimpse of the year for fans in a 7:30 p.m. CT exhibition tilt with Berea on Thursday, Oct. 28 as part of Purple Palooza. The Golden Eagles will officially kick off the new slate with its season opener at Memphis on Tuesday, Nov. 9.
