Tech baseball team visits Southern Illinois for three-game series, schedule adjusted due to weather

Tennessee Tech Baseball Weekend Preview  (4/20)

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech baseball team will head north for a three-game, non-conference series at Southern Illinois, squaring off with the Salukis for the first time since 1967.

Due to the weather forecast on Friday, the series schedule has been adjusted. Tech and SIU will not play on Friday and instead play one game on Saturday and a doubleheader on Sunday. Game times are TBD will be announced on TTUsports.com, Twitter @TNTech_Baseball and Facebook TTU Sports.

Fans are encouraged to follow social media and the TTUsports.com website for updates concerning start times and delays due to impending weather expected in the Carbondale, Ill. area.
