Game delayed due to inclement weather, play will resume at 5:00pm

JACKSON, Tenn. -- Heavy rain and thunderstorms have caused the suspension of Sunday's game one between the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles and the Jacksonville State Gamecocks. A win for the Gamecocks would make them the 2010 OVC Tournament Champions, while a win for Tech would force an "if necessary" game two.

The game is currently headed into the top of the eighth inning with a score of 9-8 in favor of the Gamecocks, with the Golden Eagles coming up to bat.

Both teams are preparing to resume play at 5:00pm pending any other changes in the forecast.
