COOKEVILLE, Tenn.—Tennessee Tech softball head coach, Bonnie Bynum, has announced the Golden Eagles' 2015 fall exhibition schedule. The Tech team will face five different opponents, while playing nine games during September and October.
The Golden Eagles open fall ball at home at the Tech Softball Field on Saturday where they will face off against Georgia Highlands at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Tennessee Tech will then host Chattanooga State in a doubleheader at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sept. 25, and then hit the road to Knoxville on Sept. 26 to face Tennessee, who is fresh off a 2015 Women's College World Series victory, in a 1 p.m. contest followed by Chipola College at 6 p.m.
"Tennessee is coming off a World Series win," head coach Bonnie Bynum remarked. "That game will help serve as a good gauge for where we are at."
