2023 (Sophomore): Toney put together a tremendous 2023 campaign on the way to becoming the first-ever Golden Eagle to win the OVC Forward of the Year award to go along with an All-OVC first-team selection…also named TTU Athletic Department’s Female Athlete of the Year and Breakthrough Female Athlete of the Year during the annual Golden Wings Awards show…named to the United Soccer Coaches All-South Region second team…started all 19 matches, tallying 1,473 minutes of action…finished second in the OVC with six goals and led the conference with seven assists to finish in a tie for sixth on the TTU all-time single season list…wrapped up in third in the league with 49 shots, 19 of which were on-goal to finish tied for fourth in the OVC…notched two game-winning goals, including the winner as part of a three-point showing that featured an assist in the OVC Tournament semifinals vs. Little Rock on Nov. 2…scored first goal of the season on Sept. 3 at IUPUI… picked up two assists in 3-0 win at Lindenwood in OVC opener on Sept. 21…collected a career-high four points with a goal and two assists in 7-0 win over Southern Indiana on Sept. 24…scored the game-winning goal in the 36^th minute in a 1-0 victory against Western Illinois on Oct. 8…took a career-high six shots in a 3-2 nod over UT Martin on Oct. 12…scored a goal in the final road match of the regular season at Morehead State on Oct. 19…played 106 minutes and took four shots in the OVC Tournament championship match vs. Morehead State on Nov. 5.

2022 (Freshman): Toney took 2022 by storm, opening up her collegiate career with an All-OVC second team and OVC All-Newcomer team campaign…started all 18 matches, accumulating 1,299 minutes of action…scored three goals, the most in a single season by a TTU true freshman since Bailey Taylor (4) in 2019…added three assists, all during OVC play to tie for tops in the conference in league matches, for a nine-point overall season…tallied 19 shots, 11 of which were on-goal for a .579 shot on-goal percentage, the highest on the team (minimum five attempts)…scored first career goal with a dramatic equalizing strike in the 81^st minute of an eventual 1-1 draw vs. WKU on Aug. 28…collected a season-high two assists in a 4-0 victory at Southern Indiana on Sept. 22…scored a goal in the 77^th minute to help push Tech to a 2-0 win over SIUE on Oct. 6…assisted on a goal in a 3-0 nod over SEMO on Oct. 16…gave the Golden Eagles the lead with a goal in the 65^th minute in an eventual 2-2 draw at Little Rock in the regular-season finale on Oct. 23…played 90 minutes in a match four times all season, including in three of the final four contests of the year.

High School: A two-sport athlete at Warren County High School, Toney lettered one year in track & field and lettered four years as a forward in soccer…two-time All-State first-teamer…a three-time team MVP…named the District 6AAA Rookie of the Year and was a three-time District 6AAA MVP…Region 3AAA Co-MVP and a three-time All-Region first-teamer…earned Tennessean Athlete of the Week distinction…helped lead team to a regular-season district championship as well as two appearances in the district tournament finals…broke her high school’s record for career goals with 113 scored and added 62 assists throughout her career…tallied 19 goals and nine assists as a freshman…scored 28 goals and collected 13 assists as a sophomore…found the back of the net 29 times and notched 18 assists as a junior…scored a career-high 37 goals and picked up a career-high 22 assists as a senior…in track broke the school record for the 400 meter dash and the school record for the 1,600 meter dash…member of the National Honor Society.

Club/ODP Experience: Toney was a member of both the Murfreesboro Soccer Club 03/02 squad as well as the Tennessee Soccer Club 04.
