COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – As the calendar flips to 2017, the Tennessee Tech soccer team is revving up to host another Golden Eagle Soccer Academy ID Camp, scheduled for Saturday, March 4 on the campus of Tennessee Tech University.
Under the guidance of TTU head coach Steve Springthorpe and the rest of his coaching staff, the camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT on Tech Soccer Field and is open to all female soccer players, grades 9-12. Check-in is scheduled from 8:30-9.
The day's events include a pair of training sessions, panel discussion on the college process and life of a student-athlete, as well as games designed to help further enhance each player's skills.
The cost is $125 per person and payments can be made online via credit card or by check, which should be made payable to Springthorpe Soccer Academy.
