COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Tech softball team has added a pair of doubleheaders to its fall schedule. The Golden Eagles will take on Cumberland on Wednesday, October 7 beginning at 4 p.m. before meeting Volunteer State at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13. Both doubleheaders will take place at the Tech softball field.

Tech had originally planned to play several fall games in September; however, rain washed out many of the contests.

So far in the fall, Tech is unbeaten at 4-0 and has yet to allow a run by an opposing team. The Golden Eagles last took the field on Sunday, September 27 when they defeated Chattanooga State, a top junior college program, 2-0.
