September 10, 2025COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – There’s no place like home – that’s the attitude the Tennessee Tech volleyball team is taking this weekend as they open up their home slate Thursday through Saturday at the 2025 Golden Eagle Invitational presented by Holiday Inn of Cookeville. The three-day event begins Thursday as Radford takes on Wichita State at 11 a.m. followed by the Golden Eagles hosting the Shockers at 6 p.m. with Dylan Vazzano providing the coverage on the latter match on ESPN+ (subscription required). -

As the review confirmed the official’s ruling, it proved to be a close call that was emblematic of Sunday’s contest as the match ended in a 0-0 draw. -

Tech (2-1) will take on North Alabama at 10 AM on Friday, the host Blazers at 7 PM on Friday, then USC Upstate starting at noon on Saturday. August 29, 2025CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Alayna Pierce and Jordan Karlen put on a show to wrap up the season’s opening day as the Tennessee Tech volleyball team took down Murray State in a 3-0 sweep Friday afternoon at the Stacheville Challenge at Austin Peay. Pierce ended the match with 15 kills and a .294 hitting percentage, while Karlen dished out 39 of the Golden Eagles’ 44 assists – six short of her three-set record against Southern Indiana in 2022. -
