COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Golden Eagle fans who can get to Ft. Worth,
Texas, for gameday are invited to attend a pregame Tailgate Event
on Saturday, Sept. 11, when Tennessee Tech meets No. 6/7 TCU.
Kickoff is at 6 p.m. and the tailgate event will begin at 3
p.m.
Reservations for the tailgate event must be made by Wednesday,
Sept. 8.
The game will pit the Golden Eagles against a Horned Frog team coached by former TTU assistant coach Gary Patterson. Also on the TCU coaching staff is Dick Bumpas, another former Golden Eagle assistant coach.
TTU Alumni Relations will host the pregame tailgate from 3-6 p.m. (Central Time) for alumni and fans. The tailgate tent will be set up just north of the Bartzen Varsity Tennis Courts (map). Parking is available for $10 in Lot 13 and in a grass lot west of Lot 14.
The Tailgate and Game Combo Ticket is $40 per person and includes meal, beverages and game ticket. The Tailgate Only Ticket is $15 per person.
