2021 (Junior – UT Martin): Roy competed in four of UT Martin's six races in the fall… turned in a season-best 5K time of 20:33.5 at the OVC Championships (Oct. 30)… finished with a season-best 6K time of 24:49.5 at the NCAA South Region Championships (Nov. 12).

2020-21 (R-Sophomore – UT Martin): Roy took part in all four of the team's races during the spring… posted a season-best time of 19:47.0 in the 5K at the Redhawk Invitational (Jan. 23)… clocked a season-best 6K time of 24:44.1 at the FSU Winter XC Classic (Feb. 5).

2019 (Sophomore – UT Martin): Roy sat out the 2019 season as a redshirt due to injury.

2018 (Freshman – UT Martin): Roy competed in all six of UT Martin's meets during the fall… made her collegiate debut with a time of 19:01.7 in the 5K at the BROOKS Memphis Twilight Classic (Sept. 1)… delivered a PR of 18:33.6 in the 5K at the Louisville Classic (Sept. 29)… placed fourth overall at the Stegemoller Classic (Sept. 14) with a 5K time of 19:44.1… produced a personal-best 6K time of 22:52.2 at the Wisconsin Pre Nationals (Oct. 13).

High School: Roy was a four-year letterwinner at David Crockett High School in Jonesborough, Tenn.… earned All-Conference honors three times and All-Region honors four times… named All-State three times in cross country and once in track & field… selected as the People Bank Player of the Week after setting a school record with a PR time at the Cherokee Classic.

Personal: Daughter of Jamie and Dave Roy… born in Sanford, Fla. on March 10, 2000… sister, Taylor, was a member of the UT Martin cross country and track & field teams from 2019-22.

Academic: Pursuing a master's degree in professional studies with a concentration in environmental informatics… earned her bachelor's degree in natural resources management from UT Martin in May 2022… named to the UT Martin Athletic Director’s Honor Roll three times and to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll twice.
