In 2012 (Sophomore): Phillips played a monumental role as a defender during her sophomore campaign, finishing second on the team with 1,645 minutes of action… started in all 18 matches, playing at least 85 minutes in every one of them… ripped eight shots on the year… named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… honored on the OVC Honor Roll.
In 2011 (Freshman): Phillips saw extended playing time in her freshman season, seeing action in 17 games while earning two starts… played more than 500 minutes as a defender, showing plenty of promise… took two shots, one of which was on goal… named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL: Phillips excelled defensively for four years under Coach Ron Quinn at Seton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio… honored as a Midwest College Showcase Defensive Player and Rookie of the Year… voted team captain on a team that was the Champion of the Mid-West Regional League, State Cup Semi-Finalist three times over, and United Cup Gold Division Champion.
