In 2017-18 (junior): Played in 26 of Tech’s 29 games, averaging 8.0 minutes per contest under the basket… put up a season-high 20 minutes at Georgia (Nov. 27), where she also tallied a season-best nine points and a season-best two blocks and went 5-of-6 from the free-throw line… matched her season-high of four rebounds three times… finished the year shooting 40.0 percent from the field and tallied 31 boards and nine assists.

Roane State: Cantrell comes to Tech from Roane State, where she played two seasons for head coach Monica Boles... as a sophomore, she averaged 13.5 points and 6.1 rebounds per game and led her team to a 16-15 record in one of the toughest regions in the junior college ranks... named to the TJCCAA All-Conference first team as a sophomore and earned TCCAA All-Academic honors in both her freshman and sophomore years.

Personal: Majoring in basic business… named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll twice (spring 2018, fall 2017)… father, Rick, (former TTU men's basketball player) and mother, Cynthia, are both Tennessee Tech graduates.
