Brittany comes into her junior season with a competitive attitude and looking to make a mark on the Golden Eagle squad... she brings a solid resume to the track squad with great times that have landed her in Tech’s record books.

AT TECH (In 2011-12): Brittany competed in the 200m, 400m, and the 400m hurdles during the indoor and outdoor track season... she picked up a career best and also a season-best in the 200m at the East Tennessee State Invitational during the indoor season with a time of 27.64... also during the indoor season, she contributed a season-best in the 400m with a time of 1:03.25... during the outdoor season she set a season-best and a career best in the 400m with a time of 1:00.05... she also locked in a season-best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:08.45 at the Austin Peay Invitational... with a time of 26.34, she landed the fifth-highest time for the 200m dash in Tech history.

(In 2010-11): Brittany competed in the 55m and the 400m during the indoor track season and the 400m and 400m hurdles during outdoor season...her season-best time of 1:05.29 in the 400m hurdles at the OVC Outdoor Championships was the fifth-best time ever recorded in the event in Tech history...was a part of the 4x400 relay squad that ran the fourth-best time in school history of 4:01.51 at Tennessee State...the relay team also included Krysten Joshen, Emily Weinzetl and Katherine Lynn...posted a season-best 1:01.14 in the 400m at Austin Peay.

HIGH SCHOOL: Brittany lettered one year in track for coach David Lawrence at Inderkum High School and built a well-accomplished resume there...league champion in the 100, 200 and 300 hurdles...also league champion in the 4x100 and the 4x400...fifth nationally in the 4x400.
